Meet Erin
Erin is a Minneapolis native who happily stumbled into the industry after a visit to the guidance counselors office senior year of high school. After graduating from Aveda Institute, Erin began as an assistant, worked her way up to becoming self-employed, and ran her own business out of two wonderful salons.
Seventeen years later, Erin still cares deeply for her clients, and continues to evolve as an artist. In 2020 Erin used salon closures as an opportunity to become certified in two extension methods and fell in love with the transformations they provided for her clients. Her new love, and the main reason for opening Gardner & Co. Salon, is helping other stylists grow into this career as true professional business owners. She has a passion for all that this industry has to offer, and wants to help others reach their full potential.
